Once mounted into a virtual drive you can view whats inside like you dropped a dvd into your optical disk drive. Click on the setup.exe.
NOTE - don't go into the folder 'install'. The setup.exe is right there when you open the.iso. A series of programs will be installed.

I don't know whether it's required but I always install them on a different partition from the Windows drive all together in a custom Cubase folder. How it looks on my pc: E: Cubase and E: Cubase. For the different programs EXCEPT for one thing that need to be in your appdata folder. What I mean to say is that you should keep your eyes open and do the right thing when you install all that. Also install the update in the end. Then the Dongle from AIR. Don't patch anything cause there is no patch, it's the dongle that does it.
